|Part-Time Teller||West Union||This part-time position will be responsible for maintaining and balancing a cash drawer and assisting customers with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and coin/cash orders in a friendly courteous manner. It is anticipated that this position will work an average of 25 hours per week. Prior teller or cash handling experience preferred.|

|Business Banker||Lansing, IA||This position will serve as a Loan Officer for Agricultural loans. This person should have a good understanding of agricultural and commercial business operations. The ideal candidate will have effective interpersonal skills to maintain and create good external and internal relationships. Responsibilities include managing an established loan portfolio, promoting new business development and performing financial analysis. It is anticipated the candidate will have a minimum of five years progressive banking experience and a bachelor's degree. Previous ag. lending background is essential.|
|Chief Financial Officer (CFO)||Due to a pending retirement, Kerndt Brothers Bank is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Chief Financial Officer. This position is responsible for managing the bank's investment portfolio; directing, planning, implementing, and overseeing all accounting and finance activities of the Bank and in accordance with regulations and industry best practices. The CFO also supervises multiple departments and works with the bank's Senior Management team to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree (Master's degree or CPA preferred); or 8 to 10 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.|
