Title Location Description
Business Banker Waukon or West Union Seeking an individual to work in our Waukon or West Union office as a Business Banker. The ideal candidate will have effective interpersonal skills to maintain and create good external and internal relationships. Responsibilities include promoting new business development of commercial and agricultural loans and performing financial analysis. Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in banking, finance or agriculture and 5 or more years of ag/lending experience.
Branch Manager Decorah This person will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the branch office. Responsibilities include managing a loan portfolio and promoting new business development of residential real estate and consumer loans, opening/closing of deposit accounts and assisting with the paying and receiving functions of the branch. This person will also directly supervise the branches’ retail staff by providing leadership, training, interviewing and conducting performance appraisals. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of mortgage lending, have effective interpersonal skills to maintain and create good external and internal relationships and be able to multi-task. Prior supervisory and banking experience is preferred. It is anticipated this person will have an Associate’s Degree and/or a minimum of two years progressive banking experience.
