Teller - Waukon ***OPEN INTERVIEWS - August 14, 2024 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM***

We have an opening for a full time Teller position in our Waukon location. This person will maintain and balance a cash drawer and assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, cashing checks, handling payments and coin/cash orders in a friendly and courteous manner.  This position also has the option for additional career growth opportunities to handle opening and servicing new personal and business checking, savings, certificates, money market, IRA, safe deposit boxes, H.S.A and other accounts.

Requires attention to detail, prior cash handling experience and strong sales and customer service skills. High School diploma or equivalent required. Prior banking experience is preferred, but not required.

Loan Operations Representative - Lansing

This full-time position will be responsible for providing loan operations support to the lending team and providing outstanding service to our customers. In addition, this position will:

  • Prepare loans, supporting documents and disclosures within the loan software program in compliance with all laws and regulations.
  • Assists with underwriting, pre-closing and post-closing reviews, organization of loan files, and transmittal of loan packages and sale to secondary market investors, as appropriate.
  • Onboard and maintaining loans in the bank’s core processing system.
  • Secure, maintains, and releases collateral.
  • Support loan servicing functions including statement and escrow payment processing and assisting with insurance and collateral documentation tracking and monitoring.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, payments, and loan payoffs or advances.
  • Organize and maintains electronic files per regulatory requirements.
  • May assist with designing, maintaining, and pulling reports and forms using core software and excel.
  • Assist with incoming phone calls from employees, customers, and third parties.

Prior banking, loan processing or loan servicing experience preferred. It is anticipated the ideal candidate will have an associate degree and minimum of one year of related experience and/or training.
