Credit Analyst - Cedar Rapids
This position is responsible for analyzing and evaluating the financial standing of bank customers and prospective clients. This position will primarily work with commercial and agricultural credits to analyze financial statements, tax returns, projections, and other relevant information to evaluate the financial condition of individuals and businesses applying for credit with the bank. Works with the Chief Credit Officer to develop and compile monthly and quarterly reports for management and the Board of Directors. This position is also responsible for preparation of loan information for review and approval. Qualified candidates should possess strong skill sets in analytical and reasoning abilities, accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and oral and written communication.
Credit Analyst candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and one or more years of related experience or training.

Part-Time Teller - Cedar Rapids
This part-time position will maintain and balance a cash drawer and assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, cashing checks, handling payments and coin/cash orders in a friendly and courteous manner. This position also has the option for additional career growth opportunities to handle opening and servicing new personal and business checking, savings, certificates, money market, IRA, safe deposit boxes, H.S.A and other accounts. It is anticipated this position will work an average of 25 hours per week, from approximately 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Monday - Friday.
Requires attention to detail, prior cash handling experience and strong sales and customer service skills. Prior banking experience is preferred, but not required.
