We, our, and us, when used in this policy mean Kerndt Brothers Savings Bank.

- Safe deposit box

Definition of terms.

Nonpublic personal information does not include information that is available from public sources, such as telephone directories or government records. We do not disclose nonpublic personal information about former customers, except as permitted by law.
Our Internet Web Site – Visitors to the Kerndt Brothers Savings Bank web site remain anonymous. We do not collect personal identifying information about site users, unless you choose to provide such information to us. Visitors may elect to provide us with personal information via e-mail. This information is used internally, as appropriate, to handle the sender's request and manage the Kerndt Brothers Savings Bank web site. It is not disseminated or sold to other organizations. Visitors should, however, keep in mind e-mail is not necessarily secure against interception. Protecting Children – Kerndt Brothers Savings Bank does not knowingly solicit data from children, and we do not knowingly conduct on-line marketing to children. We recognize that protecting children's identities and privacy on-line is important and that the responsibility to do so rests with both the on-line industry and with parents.
Effective January 2, 2001, Kerndt Brothers Savings Bank will provide consumer customers with an initial privacy notice that explains our privacy policies and practices. Thereafter, the privacy notice will be provided when the consumer customer signs a lending note document or opens a deposit account and signs an account agreement. Annual redisclosure of the Privacy Notice will be provided to all existing consumer customers.
